The segment on CBS The Early Morning Show

I was very pleased with the segment. I think it's very interesting that there is such a thing as the "broken heart syndrome." I'm not surprised. I'm sure that happens just as much to men. A little bit more about my situation, I was devastated at first. My boyfriend was cheating on me for 4 months and his friends fixed him up with the woman, so it was triple betrayal. I was so upset and I was afraid for myself. I decided to get out of my comfort zone and do something outrageous. So I did stand up comedy! That was a couple of years ago and I've been doing stand-up ever since. I prefer writing comedy because I'm a bit of an intravert and I'm shy. But, every time I'm on stage I feel more comfortable and it contributes to my humor writing and I exeperience tons of creative ideas. I'm very interested in how the brain encodes humor and comedy. It's an area I'd love to study! I've done a lot of studying of that topic on my own.
For now I'm developing show ideas for TV, Radio and the internet and performing when I get the urge. I'm going to perform as much as I can because I really enjoy it! Happy V-Day!
